Belgium Economy Grew 0.1% In Fourth Quarter - Nasdaq.com

The economy grew 0.9% in the fourth quarter compared with a year earlier. Overall, Belgium's output expanded 1.0% in 2014, the strongest figure since its 1.6% expansion in 2011. In the third quarter of 2014, Belgium's economy had expanded 0.3% from the previous three months and 1.0% on the year. Belgium's growth last year visit site was driven mainly by the industrial and construction sectors, with the services industry registering only a modest pickup in the first nine months of the year.
